Water Exercise is a fun and safe way to utilize your muscles and joints in order to perform life's day-to-day activities. It will increase your muscle tone along with giving you a great cardio workout.

Water Fitness class schedule

 

Water Exercise classes are offered on a monthly, ongoing, basis. We offer classes that meet two and three days per week and morning and afternoon classes.

Water Fitness class descriptions

Early Birds

The early bird gets the best water workout! A class that uses water resistance for a total body workout

Shallow Power

A class that uses water resistance for a total body workout. Moderate to high aerobic activity.

 

Deep Water

A class geared to train your cardiovascular system as well as give a total body workout with NO IMPACT. Moderate to High Intensity. Not recommended for persons with a fear of deep water.

 

Arthritis/Chronic Pain

This water fitness class is designed to work each joint through its full range of motion and includes a small aerobic component. Developed by both the Arthritis Foundation and YMCA of the USA. Designed specifically for those suffering from Fibromyalgia, class concentrates on muscular strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercise.

 

Water Walking

Water walking uses all water resistance to give you a total body cardiovascular workout.

 

High Energy

A high intensity water fitness class that will give you a total body and cardiovascular workout!

 

Aqua Blast

A higher intensity class that will blast your body into shape!
